When texting another user, there is an option to “write with AI,” as app researcher Alessandro Paluzzi highlighted in an image. Paluzzi said on X that “Instagram is working on the ability to write a message with AI.”</p>

Start a new message and choose “Create an AI chat” on our messaging platforms, or write “@MetaAI” in a group chat, to communicate with Meta AI, the firm said. The Meta AI assistant, along with several AI characters modeled by celebrities such as MrBeast and Charli D’Amelio, is set to arrive on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.</p>
<p>Public names such as Tom Brady as the witty sports debater Bru, Mr. Beast as Zach, the elder brother who will tease you, and Naomi Osaka as the anime-obsessed cosplay enthusiast Tamika are among the cast members of Meta AI.</p>
<p>“Reels in Meta AI can help you learn a new dance with tutorial videos, decide on places to visit based on video reviews, or give you some inspiration for that project you’re working on,” the business claims.</p>
