With a primary concentration on mid-income/affordable residential developments in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, IREF VI will strategically concentrate on early-stage investments.

High net worth individuals, non-resident Indians, and family offices/corporates have all contributed money. An alternative investment fund (AIF Category II) has been established with IREF VI.

To far, Motilal Oswal Alternates has used five funds to make real estate investments. It has sponsored 50 developers with Rs 7,500 crore and made more than 150 projects. Additionally, it has sold off more than 85 assets and produced an internal rate of return on pre-approval wagers of more than 20%.

The biggest and quickest first closure for Motilal Oswal Alternates’ real estate funds was made, according to Vishal Tulsyan, MD and CEO. This successful fundraising effort in the midst of a rising stock market shows how much faith our investors have in our ability. We anticipate a time of substantial expansion in the real estate market, which gives us great optimism. By seizing several chances in the next years, we are dedicated to enhancing our standing as a top capital provider for the real estate industry.
