Inspired by China's hot summers, this fruity and fragrant concoction of Chandon Brut, Lychee, Ginger, and Orange Blossom is made.
Ingredients
150ml Chandon Brut
30 ml Lychee Juice
7ml of ginger syrup
5-ml lime juice
Spray called Orange Blossom Water
Twisted orange peel used as a garnish
For garnish, use fresh basil.
To garnish: edible flowers
Method
Lychee, Ginger, Lime, and Orange Blossom should be chilled over ice.
Fill a Chandon Copa glass with ice and add the ingredients. Top with boiling Chandon Brut.

Ingredients
150ml Chandon Brut
10 ml of grapefruit juice
15 ml orange juice
5 ml of elderflower syrup
Slices of grapefruit for decoration
For garnish, use rosemary sprig.
Method
Grapefruit juice, orange juice, and elderflower syrup are combined over ice.
Add Chandon Brut to a Chandon Copa glass after adding the ingredients.

Ingredients
150ml Chandon Brut
20 ml of pineapple juice
7 ml of passion fruit syrup
Leaf of one Kaffir lime
5 ml lime juice
Thin Pineapple Hive Slice, cut lengthwise, for garnish
Lime Kaffir for garnish
Method
Colder than ice Pour the following ingredients into the Chandon Copa glass with ice and top with Chandon Brut: pineapple juice, passion fruit syrup, lime, and kaffir lime.

Ingredients
150 ml of Chandon Rose
30 ml of cranberry juice
Monin Triple Sec Syrup, 5 ml
5-ml lime juice
Some edible gold dust
Garnish: Orange Peel, Orange Zest, and Berries
Fresh rosemary or a baby's breath flower, for garnish
Method
Cranberry, triple sec, lime, chill over ice. Fill a chilled Champagne flute with the ingredients, then top with chilled Chandon Rose.
